Where: MinneSLOWta - Minnesota St. from 19th - 22nd St.
We are hosting our 2nd Annual Spooky Slow Street Stroll along the MinneSLOWta Slow Street from 19th to 22nd. There will be candy, music and potentially an adult beverage or two.
We are encouraging residents along Minnesota St. to decorate and consider having candy/treats available for socially distanced distribution (candy chutes, candy cannons, Mardi Gras style flinging of goodies, etc.).
