After several starts and stops, Phase III of the Slow Streets Program has finally come to Dogpatch and Potrero Hill. This phase of the roll out includes Minnesota from Mariposa to 22nd Street, 20th Street from San Bruno to Pennsylvania, Arkansas from 23rd to 17th streets, and an extension of the existing Mariposa Slow Street from Texas to Mississippi.

Slow Streets are designed to slow traffic and reduce through traffic in residential neighborhoods during the coronavirus outbreak and improve access to essential services for everyone including pedestrians and cyclists. Slow Streets are still open for local traffic and stores are still open for business.

If you are interested in more information or would like to be a part of neighborhood slow street activation efforts, please email us at info@dogpatchna.org .
